How do I return or exchange an item?

 

While we strive to create products you’ll love, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at hi@drn.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we’ll handle the rest. Please note, we do not process exchanges.

 

What’s your return policy?

 

To initiate a return, simply email our Customer Service team at hi@drn.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

If you are returning items from two different orders, you can send them in the same package. Just make sure to include a note with the order numbers and the corresponding products for each order. For your protection, please use a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

You’ll receive a full refund for the items, excluding the original shipping charges.
Refund requests must be made via email.

For Our International Customers:


Please note that duties and taxes are collected by your local government when your order arrives, not by Dr. Sam’s Skincare. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse these expenses.

How long does it take to process a return?

 

Once we receive your return and verify all necessary details, we’ll send you an email confirming its arrival. Refunds are generally processed within 5-14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund confirmation email after 14 days, please contact us with a photo of your proof of postage, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.
